Finally get to try the Michellin star tsuta ramen when I took half day today. It opened another branch at Tai Seng, closer to where I lived. I ordered the shouyu ramen with egg. Overall, It has a light clean taste without the truffle being too strong. Would I eat it again? I don't think I will crave for it. I prefer ramen with a stronger taste, e.g. keisuke lobster ramen.
